Voor de productie van onze ijzeren frames werken we samen met lokale Javaanse vakmensen, die het ijzer met de hand bewerken in hun werkplaatsen.
Voor de creatie en het samensmelten van de buizen, wordt het ijzer met de hand gelast. Als het frame in de gewenste vorm is gebracht, wordt het ijzer met de hand geschuurd tot een mooi glad oppervlak. Hierna worden de onderdelen behandeld om vlekken op het frame te voorkomen. Tenslotte wordt het ijzer op milieuvriendelijke wijze gekleurd en afgewerkt voor een extra luxe look.
