Payments & refunds

Our goods need to be paid at the time of ordering. You can choose one of the payment methods you prefer. We currently accept  iDeal, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.

Refunds will be made within 5 days after we have received the retuned product(s). The amount will be transferred to the card that was used to purchase the product(s). 

In case of a complete return of the order, the shipment costs for the initial order will be refunded as well. Please bear in mind that the shipping costs for the return(s) will not be covered by us.
