Returns policy

Not happy with your purchase? Within 14 days you after receiving your order you have the possibility to send an item back. Please follow the steps below.  Create an account on www.dbodhi.com

If you haven't created an account when you made your purchase, then please create an account on www.dbodhi.com (please make sure you use the email address you placed the order with).

Log into your account and go to my orders. On the bottom right of each item you have a return button. Click this for every item you want to return, select the reason of return and click send. Your return request has been send!


Please re-pack the products in the original package. 

Shipment If you have received your order with DPD then you can return it with a parcel delivery service that's most convenient for you (DPD, Post NL, DHL etc.). Please bring the item to a parcel service point near you. At the service point a lable will be added for shipment and you will receive a receipt. You can ship the parcel to the following address:

For bigger items we need to make a pickup appointment. You will be contacted to schedule an appointment.  

Save your shipping receipt (when you return your item with a parcel delivery service).

When will I receive my refund?

We will transfer the full amount minus return costs (doesn't apply when you returned a parcel through a parcel point) within 5 days after receiving the returned articles.

What if it's not possible to return it in the original packaging?

If it’s not possible to return the item in the original packaging, then we will need to deduct 10% of the amount of the item. If there is no original packaging, then we can only sell the item in our outlet store. We offer transport service that takes the packaging out of your hands, but please be aware that without the original packaging we are forced to charge 10% of the amount paid. 

How will I receive my refund?

We will transfer the refund through the same method as the payment was made. If this doesn’t work, we will contact you.
