Returns policy
Not satisfied with your purchase? You can return an item within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that the costs for returning the item are entirely your responsibility. We do not reimburse these costs, as we consciously choose a more sustainable return policy: fewer unnecessary returns mean lower CO₂ emissions.
How to return your order
Create an account at www.dbodhi.com. If you didn’t create an account when placing your order, you can still create one using the same email address you used for your purchase.
Log in and go to ‘My Orders’. On the right side of each item, you’ll find the return button. Select it for each product you want to return, state the reason for the return, and click submit. Your return request will then be registered.
Package the product in its original packaging.
Choose your own shipping service (e.g., DPD, PostNL, DHL) and send the package to: dBodhi Europe B.V.

Always keep your proof of shipment. Without this, we cannot take responsibility for lost returns.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will refund the purchase amount, excluding return shipping costs, within 5 working days via the same payment method you used.
Please note:
Items must be returned in their original packaging. If the item is returned without its original packaging, 10% of the item’s value will be deducted from your refund.
Items without original packaging can only be sold in our outlet store.
Any costs for repackaging or pick-up without original packaging will be charged to you.
